How to Store Dry Fruits at home ?

All Dry fruits want cold storage in a air tight container. if you keep dry fruits in refrigerator, shelf life can be increase up to1 year but if you store them in freezer, shelf life increase up to 2 years without any issue. But yes your storage container must be air tight and water proof. You can store any dry fruits in fridge like Almond, cashew, pistachio, raisin, walnut, hazel nut, brazil nut, makhana, blueberry, blackberry etc. Among roasted dry fruits, you can store Pistachio in fridge but roasted almonds, roasted cashew or roasted makhana are better to keep in air tight container only. Muesli, Fig (Anjeer) and Raisin (Kishmish) or other dehydrated fruits like mango, kiwi need more care so better to keep them in fridge only otherwise their colour tend to start black.
